Business performance: In 2009, by great effort spent for business and corporate governance, the total net revenue exceeded 18,751 billion VND (equivalent to over one billion USD), a growth rate of 11.6 % compared with the same period in 2008 and surpassing the annual plan by 9.8 %.

Earnings before tax were over 1,702.2 billion VND, surpassing the 2009 plan by 12.3 % and growing at 37.3 % compared with the same period in 2008. Earnings after tax of the parent company reached nearly 1,061.8 billion VND, increasing by 17.3 % compared with 2008. Basic earnings per share were 7,486.5 VND, growing at 18.4 % compared with the same period in 2008.

Despite the global economic crisis in 2009, the core businesses of FPT including Systems Integration, Software Outsourcing, Telecommunications, Training, and ICT Product Distribution were still fruitful.

In terms of profit, these business lines completed the 2009 plan at the rates of 108%, 87.5 %, 101.9 %, 102.8 % and 105.1 % respectively.
