After the conversion of operation model and expansion of business networks, OceanBank has achieved remarkable growth reflected in indicators of total assets and profitability. With total assets reached VND 13.680 billion at the end of 2007, OceanBank achieved VND 135.5 billion of pre-tax profit of the year, more than 10 times higher in comparison with 2006. Although the year 2008 was considered a difficult year for banking sector, OceanBank still met the plan’s targets in terms of total assets, total mobilized capital, debt, income ... Total assets alone, in 2008, reached VND 14.091 trillion. At the end of 2009, OceanBank’s total assets reached VND 33 trillion OceanBank, 135% of the plan; profit was VND 300 billion, 117% of the plan
