Techno- Agricultural Supplying Joint-Stock Company (TSC) was the precursor of Hau Giang Agricultural Material Company, which was founded and developed over 30 years until now. TSC’s key objectives aim at satisfaction of customers’ needs and farmers over the country in general. Techno- Agricultural Supplying Joint-Stock Company was founded basing on the Decision No. 2500/QD.CT/UB dated July 25th 2003 of the People’s Committee President of Cantho Province base on the transfering Techno-Agricultural Supplying Company into Techno- Agricultural Supplying Joint-Stock Company ( form joint- stock keeping the State’s capital in the State-owned Enterprise and issuing stocks to attract capital).

Techno- Agricultural Supplying Joint-Stock Company operates according to the Registering Certificate No. 5703000049 issued the first by Cantho Investment Plan Department dated July 25th 2003 with the charter capital VND60,000,000,000. The second register was issued again dated April 16th 2007 with the charter capital VND83,129,150,000 as the following details:

+ Capital of TSC’staffs : VND13,30865 billion # 16,01%

+ Capital of TSC’s wholesalers and shareholders outside company : VND28,5355 billion # 27,11%
