In addition, Hoa Sen has ajust inaugurated the first phase of Hoa Sen building material project with the total investment of more than VND 350 billions, located on the area of nearly 11 ha at Phu My I Industrial Zone, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, and continue to ground breaking the second phase in order to complete generally in late 2009 to produce high end technology product ranges such as plastic compound, plastic ceiling board, stelel pipe, inox pipe & forming aluminium bar.

The business results after 7 year establishment showed that only 22 workers from the beginning, it has been increased nearly 2,000 workers. The beginning charter capital is only VND 30 billions has been increased by VND 570 billions. The begining turnover from VND 3 billions has reached more than VND 2,000 billions in 2007, and the after-tax profit reached more than VND 151 billions.
