Shares slump as optimism ebbs

The VN-Index slid further yesterday afternoon, losing another 1 per cent to close the session at 468.43 points.

 

Diminishing trade sends markets spiralling

Last week, the VN-Index dropped 4.25 per cent over the previous week's close, reaching 473.21 points after breaking important support levels.

VN-Index closes slightly higher

Shares yesterday failed to retain gains in Ha Noi but reversed to add value in HCM City. On the HCM City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed 1.24 per cent higher to 483.99 points.

   

Shares retreat with decreasing trading value

Shares failed to retain earlier gains this morning in both stock exchanges. On the HCM City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index was flat, closing 0.01 per cent lower to 478.02 points.

   

Shares start to slide slower

The decrease of the stock market eased this morning with indices falling below 1 per cent.
