More than 10,000 flocked to Bac Ha district in the northern mountain province of Lao Cai to witness the annual horserace on June 10.

This year, the champion is the horse of Mr. Vang Van Huynh from Na Hoi commune. The award includes a certificate and VND20 million ($1,000) in cash.
