The northern province of Ninh Binh on August 15 announced the installation of free wi-fi services in five locations on a trial basis.

Under the free wireless internet connection project, Ninh Binh Telecommunications Company and VNPT Technology Company will offer free wi-fi services to 10 locations in the province by the end of August..
After 2-3 months, Ninh Binh Telecommunications Company will collect fees of wi-fi services, which have data transfer rates of 54-600 Mbps.
