On the table, the fish dish was decorated sophisticatedly and lively. The fish body was fried but the fish head was still alive.
Watching a short clip on Youtube introduce the so-called “special carp dish” of a restaurant in Hanoi, viewers were astonished by the chef’s skills but they were afraid of this “cruel” cuisine.
The clip was commented on badly by many people.
The restaurant’s manager said that this is a special dish which requires “secrets” to keep the fish head to be alive though the fish body was fried.
This dish is priced VND380,000 ($19), more expansive than normal fish dish because of its difficult processing method. To enjoy this dish, customers have to order in advance.
