10 couples will hold their weddings underwater as part of this year’s Nha Trang Beach Festival from June 11-15 in what may be considered the biggest event of its kind in Vietnam.
The ceremony, to be organized by Vietnam Dive Center (Vinadive), which held its first underwater wedding for one couple in 2007, will obey the rules of a traditional Vietnamese wedding above water such as ring exchanging and kissing.
The wedding, to take place on June 15 at Mun Islet, Nha Trang, will be captured by a professional photographer team.
The package costs VND6 million per couple, which includes a wedding night at a five-star hotel in Nha Trang, couple T-shirts and a dinner for two at Con Se Tre Restaurant.
Couples need to register between April 1 and June 13.
For more information, contact Vinadive at 23D Biet Thu Street, Nha Trang City or visit www.vietnamdive.com.
