Hundreds of motorbikes of all brands, which belong to traffic rule violators, have been left outdoor on the pavement of Hanoi’s Phu Doan street for a year. They are now scrap.

A street cleaner from the Hanoi Environment and Urban Company says that last July 2011, she saw a truck carrying motorbikes to Phu Doan Street and left motorbikes on the pavement.
These vehicles, which are valuable assets of Vietnamese, are left outdoor for nearly a year and they are not taken care of by anyone. They have been ruined to become scrap.
Local residents say that they feel unhappy because such valuable assets are not used and being ruined.
Correspondents are investigating who take responsible for the vehicles.
