On the evening of February 6, the Mrs. World Organization presented the title First Mrs. World to Dr. Kim Hong in HCM City.

Mr. David Marmel, President of the Mrs. World Organization and Mrs. World 2011 Moore Lufriu April Sandra presented the crown of the "First Mrs. World" to Dr. Kim Hong.

This is the special title of the that Mrs. World Organization grants to Kim Hong for her contribution to the Mrs. World pageant and to bringing the image of successful women of Vietnam to the world.

Kim Hong said that she selected the yellow traditional ao dai for the moment of coronation to once again confirm the image of Vietnam, the Vietnamese cultural identity, the unique value of the Vietnamese woman to the world.

She also wore a red ao dai in the ceremony.

The ceremony was televised live on VTV9. Five Mrs. World ladies went to Vietnam to participate in the ceremony.
