The film “Rock of Ages” starring Hollywood actor Tom Cruise will be shown in cinemas across Vietnam from July 13.

“Rock of Ages” tells the story of small town girl Sherrie and city boy Drew, who meet on Sunset Strip while pursuing their Hollywood dreams.
Their rock ‘n’ roll romance is told through heart-pounding hits by Def Leppard, Foreigner, Journey, Poison, REO Speedwagon, Twisted Sister and others.
To act his role as a rock star, Tom Cruise spent five hours every day for two months practicing with the leader of Guns N’Roses rock band, Axl Rose, and other rock musicians.
The film also gathers a number of well-known music and film stars such as Russell Brand, Paul Giamatti, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Malin Akerman, Mary J.Blige and Alec Baldwin.
