One of the leading French pianists, Roger Muraro, will perform in Hanoi and HCM City on April 23 and 26 2011.

The shows will be held at the Hanoi Opera House, 1 Trang Tien Street, on April 23 and at the HCM City Opera House on April 26.

In the program, Roger Muraro, who was voted as Music Personality 2008, will execute famous works by renowned composers like Chopin, Berlioz-Liszt and Hector Berlioz.

Tickets are available at L’Espace, 24 Trang Tien Street in Hanoi and priced at VND100,000, VND150,000 and VND200,000 per person for the concert at 1 Trang Tien Street. The performance will begin at 8 p.m.

As winner of many international musical contests like Tchaikovski in Moscow and Franz LISZT in Parma, Victoire de la Musique in 2001, Roger Muraro has cooperated with a lot of famous conductors such as Zubin Mehta, Marek Janowski, Myung-Whun Chung, Kent Nagano, David Robertson… and performed with prestigious orchestras as Berlin Symphony Orchestra, Vienna Symphony Orchestra, French National Orchestra, London Philharmonic Orchestra, etc.

His performances all over the world gain high appreciation from critics because the talented musician brings beautiful, colorful and impressive music to audiences.

On January 2011, he released his album “Berlioz-Liszt” on the 200 year anniversary of Liszt’s birth.
