Tay Ninh ranks 9th in FDI attraction

The southern province of Tay Ninh has so far this year lured 5 FDI projects and seen capital increase in 5 operational ones, totalling nearly US$19 million.
To date, the locality has licensed over 200 FDI projects worth over US$1.4 billion and 290 domestic projects with total registered capital of nearly VND30 trillion. With this result, it has ranked 9th out of 63 cities and provinces nationwide in terms of FDI attraction.
Tay Ninh currently provides 25 industrial parks and complexes with a total land area of over 2,000 ha, which have employed nearly 30,000 workers.
Mr. Tran Huu Hau, Director of the Tay Ninh Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, said: “We have been making efforts to simplify procedures so that investors can cut time and cost for project implementation.”
